Our workshop is in Finland’s Northern Ostrobothnia, city of Ylivieska. This location is central in Northern Europe with following distances: nearest industrial harbor (Rahja) 50km, Oulu 130km, Helsinki 500km, Lulea 390km.
Workshop was initially built for marine piping prefabrication, and it started in 1976. Since then, the factory and its capability have been expanded, so that we can serve diverse range of industries where steel piping is needed. Nowadays we serve for example: Conventional power, Petrochemical or Offshore, Nuclear power, Marine and Pulp&Paper industries. Aside from piping manufacturing, we also provide hot-dip galvanizing for construction and metal industries.
Workshop floor space is 13 500m2, and above this there are also storage and office buildings on the same property. Workshop and its support operations permanently employ roughly hundred highly skilled professionals, with the possibility to scale up when needed. Our capabilities include in-house NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and design teams operating directly at our workshop. Workshop lifting capacity is up to impressive 40 tons.
