At Ylivieska workshop we have unique capabilities, long experience and expertise in manufacturing piping components. We are talking about manufacturing Pipe bends, Y- or T-pieces, Headers, Concentric Reducers, Spray desuperheaters and Hemispherical Ends. Materials in these parts are typically P265GH, 16Mo3, 10CrMo9-10, 13CrMo4-5 or X10CrMoVNb9-1, without forgetting ASME equivalents.
Components are manufactured with our versatile machines by professional and experienced personnel. Manufacturing includes needed heat treatment(s), inspections, testing and machining. We verify these products with 3.1 Certificates. As we manufacture these components from pipe or plate (not forging), lead times are short, and many alloyed steels may be found from our own stock.

Pipe Bending
We have five cold bending machines and three induction bending machines at our Ylivieska Workshop. We can do multiple bends to the same pipe with precise dimensions. Material can be any steel.
In cold bending we can serve you cost-effectively with multiple bending radius options from smallest pipe sizes up to DN200.
With induction bending, the bending radius is almost limitless. With these machines, we can bend pipes from sizes DN32 up to DN900, and wall thickness could be up to 90mm. Induction bending can also be used for bending beam profiles or bars.
Concentric Reducers
We manufacture concentric reducers from pipe with hot forming (or in small diameters cold forming). Material can be any carbon or alloyed steel, EN or ASME. As the reducer is done directly to pipe material, it doesn’t need weld to the larger end at all. If needed, the reducers can of course also be cut off the pipe and machined as ready loose part.
We can reduce to three DN sizes smaller from the starting diameter. Pipe size can be DN50 to DN700, and wall thickness up to 80mm. Direct part in the reduced end can usually be between 10-30mm.
Welded T-pieces
As we are experts in welding any steel pipes, we can manufacture special T-pieces up to DN2000 size. With the help of our own experienced designers and comprehensive pipe material stock in alloyed steels, you may be surprised how fast we can create you a certificated T-piece, just from the basic design information.
Hemispherical Ends
We can manufacture hemispherical ends from plate in sizes DN40 up to DN800. Wall thickness can be up to 80mm. Material can be any carbon or alloyed steel, EN or ASME. A hemispherical end made from plate is a cost-effective solution and an exceptionally pressure-resistant component for demanding conditions.
